   1. FiftyOne iPhone 7 cashback and any other kind of winning prices mentioned will be only given on the following conditions.
   
   
   
   • We require the user to be genuine buyers.
   
   
   • User must login to FiftyOne account and the iPhone 7 order must be successfully tracked.
   
   
   • The cashback of the purchased product is approved by the merchants and received by FiftyOne probably within 6-8 weeks.
   
   
   • Cashback will be reduced if we get the reduced amount than that mentioned while tracking your order from the merchant without any intimation.
   
   
   • Cashback will not be increased for users if the receivable amount increases for the FiftyOne.
   
   
   2. To conclude the contest we require minimum 200 participants before the contest ends as per contest time period mentioned in point number 7.
   
   
   
   3. Max of 7 users will be declared for Rs 2000 Cashback benefit for iPhone 7 sale hosted by any of the merchant for which we are promoting.
   
   
   4. Contest will be concluded by FiftyOne team and has full rights to terminate the contest without any intimations.
   
   
   5. Our decisions will be final on which no complaint or any kind of emails to support team will be entertained.
   
   
   
   6. All the cashback, gift vouchers and benefits are given by FiftyOne and Not by merchants who are not liable to reply for any complaints from FiftyOne users, Customer will not approach for the same to any vendor on any missing Cashback or winning price related queries. And FiftyOne is not responsible for complaints or any queries for the product you shop with merchants via FiftyOne app.
   
   
   
   7. Contest will run for the time period of October 2016 for the listed merchants.
   
   
   8. FiftyOne has rights to change the contest terms and conditions at any time without any notice to their users.
